Trust us, this is certainly not a class to miss! We'll talk about the perks to cooking with locally sourced poultry, and the proper way to carve a bird so that you don't lose the best bits! This is a cooking class that allows for 100% participation by each guest in preparation and enjoyment (so show up hungry!)
